Samsung Galaxy S Hard Reset Method Easy Tips

Here are some easy tips to hard reset samsung galaxy S models. Lets have a look and ask about any problem in comments.

Backup your system first!

Plan A

1. Go to your home screen. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap settings/Privacy
3. You’ll see a choice to “reset phone.” Select this command
4. Enter password then select yes to confirm your password

Plan B
Plan A should work just fine but in some cases, such as when the phone is frozen, you’ll need to use Plan B. Here it is:

1. Turn Galaxy S power off. If your Galaxy is frozen, remove the battery and then reinsert it
2. Hold down the volume button
3. Press the power button and then release the power button
4. You’ll see a menu now. It will show you options for Fastbook, Clear storage, Recovery, or Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage. You’ll need to press the volume down button to do this
6. Press power button. Release power button.
7. Confirm. You’ll select volume up for YES or volume down for No
